My God what the hell happened to this America?! Where did we make the turn off the cliff that plunged us into the abyss we are in today? Will there ever be leadership and strength like this ever again? Or is America doomed. Reagan was right, Freedom is not in our bloodstream, it's passed on from generation to generation. And it can be lost easily. We are at that sunset.
Absolutely true: the words "Silence and Respect" are written large on the entrance. One of the most moving & humbling experiences of my life was visiting it in 1983, the year before President Reagan.
I won't forget the Russian sacrifice either. Let's face it, their sacrifice dwarfed all others combined. Let's not forget the brave Serbian resistance either. Serbia was fighting Nazis alone long before the western powers joined in. They were slaughtered in Jasenovac and we all know how the west repaid them later....with lies from our media and bombs from our military. Shame on all of us.
The world and the US has changed so much in 24 years. President Reagan used scripture in his talk, now candidates are scared to do that or do not believe in it. He talked about how the men prayed for safety, now they have banned praying in the schools. This world has changed, it has become a Godless world a Godless America. When we take God out of our nation is the same time our country will crumble to the earth.

My first attempt at video editing, a tribute video to those who fought, some surviving, others falling, on the Beaches of Normandy in World War II.
Part of the reason I suppose I did this now was that there is what I consider an alarming trend with some who refer to this person or that person as a Nazi or some Hitler as if this is just an insult you hurl around. It seems perhaps, even if unmeant, to be insulting to the memories of those who fought so valiantly, gave so bravely and fell with such nobility on those far distant beaches fighting the onslaught of Hitler and the Nazi's. This is a thank you to them and a plea for others not to take what they fought against so lightly as if to consider it so light as just to throw around so easily.
With heartfelt gratitude that can never completely to expressed to those who served thank you to all who fought there, we remember.
Their sacrifices, their bravery that kept us
safe, and gave us our freedom!
God Bless America! God Bless Ronald Reagan!
Thank God for the Allies.
Another day that will live in infamy
